The Orchestra Parents Comittee  is an organization driven by parents of the MHS,BMS,WMS students with the purpose of providing rich social activities as well as fundraising opportunities to raise money for trips, special activities, uniforms, instruments and other equipment necessary for the program. Meetings will be scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Orchestra/Choir Room.

HOW MHS/BMS/WMS FUNDRAISING WORKS?

Each orchestra student who participates will have a personal orchestra trip account. The student will receive 95% of his/her gross sales into his/her student trip account unless a particular fundraiser is assigned to a particular item needed by the program. If the funds in the student's accounts are not used in current fiscal year, the account will be rolled over to the following year. Any money left in the account upon graduation/moving will go back into the orchestra general fund.

During the fall and the spring we will have several fund raising activities that will help you to raise money for your spring orchestra trip and also raise money for the general orchestra fund.
